Composite aluminum panel

Insulated metal panel (foam panel)
Benefit from a high-insulating value (R Value) for its thickness
- roduced by expanding rigid insulation between two thin sheets of steel.
- Installation is relatively quick, as the entire system is installed at one time instead of installing in stages, as with conventional sandwich panel.
- Structural steel spacing may be maximized due to the strength of the material.
- Superior flatness, compared to conventional steel profiles.
- Available in various widths, profiles, colours and textures.
Metal deck
Economically support a roof or floor with metal deck
- A cold-formed steel corrugated profile that is supported by structural steel.
- Can be used on sloped or flat roofs, as well as forming for concrete floors.
- Can provide load sharing to the building structure through diaphragm action.
- Can be made with a standard profile, ribbed for composite action with concrete or punched for acoustic absorption.
- Available in many gauges (thicknesses) and profiles to meet the structural needs of the project.
- Available in two galvanized finishes to meet the corrosion needs of the project and some profiles are also available in limited pre-painted colours.
Metal roofing

- Must be installed on a sloped roof.
- Some profiles can be installed curved, to add architectural features.
- Depending on the profile, metal roofing may be screwed down using exposed fasteners, or it can be installed with a standing seam limiting the number of exposed fasteners.
- Systems may be insulated or uninsulated and may also provide fire ratings, depending on the products used.
- A sandwich panel is two layers of cladding with insulation in-between. This system can provide a durable finish to both sides of the roof, as well as insulating the building.
- Available in many systems, profiles and colours.

- Systems may be insulated or uninsulated and may also provide fire ratings depending on the products used.
- A sandwich panel is two layers of cladding with insulation in-between. This system can provide a durable finish to both sides of the wall, as well as insulating the building. Sandwich panel allows a building to be closed in quickly by first installing the liner panel (interior layer of siding). The insulation and outer shell can be installed after the whole building has been protected from the elements.
